Are you getting what you paid for?

I came across a very useful article, from a very reputable source, to help you decipher and interpret the required cleanroom verification reports you receive.  It is important to look beyond the “PASS” or “FAIL” denoted on the report as that is not the whole story.

Compounding Supervisors must ensure the testing was appropriate and performed correctly.  If not, your test is invalid and therefore worthless.  The number one issue I see with certification reports is that the testing was not performed under dynamic operating conditions, i.e., you must have a compounder simulating a typical compounding process while the testing is performed.
